Product Overview

A dedicated operation and maintenance monitoring terminal has been developed to match the 360 kW high-power EU-standard charging pile. It enables real-time monitoring of pile voltage, temperature, fault early warning and charging load.
The terminal supports remote power cut-off for charging piles at highway service areas, automatic fault alerts and online maintenance requests. When deployed at unattended charging stations such as underground shopping mall parking lots, it realizes 24-hour unmanned operation and maintenance, greatly reducing manual inspection costs.

For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging posts, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging stations, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

How to guarantee the service?

Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial. For commercial chargers, we provide both standardized services and payment software docking services for operating companies.

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

The charging post products we sell have passed GB certification in China and CE certification in EU. For some other countries, the relevant certifications are in progress.
